Our philosophy is to provide you all-in financials so there's no gotchas. For residential projects, we deliver all-inclusive quotes so clients can budget appropriately. Commercial projects are project specific but typically have all-inclusive pricing with the terms and conditions specifying any change orders that may be needed.
Proposals are delivered in a professional layout and can be approved via hardcopy or digital documentation. Payment is easy and completed work can be done via check, ACH, credit card, cash and/or financing.
We offer various methods of payment after project completion. Typically we require a 50% down payment and the final payment is due after the project and walk through is completed.
